Synopsis

Fiesta is not just a film about the Spanish Civil War, it is a historical drama which serves as a setting for the parallel evolution of two individuals caught up in a conflict similar to those developing around the world now.

One is a young man who grows from a privileged and pampered youth into a uniformed killer in the space of a few days; the other, a cynical older man who has devoted himself to war a man who recognises the wrong he is doing but is powerless to stop himself.
