Synopsis

Steven Seagal is John Hatcher, a retired Drug Enforcement Agent about to face his deadliest ever adversary. Returning to his home town in Chicago, he discovers the evil Screwface, backed by a Jamaican "posse", peddling drugs there. Hatcher nails one of the gang - only to make himself and his family Screwface's death targets. With sinister weaponry and black magic, Screwface turns the area into a war zone.
